With a career spanning two decades, Raechel’s expertise is rooted in high-end real estate development and office management. Prior to her current role, she spent over 16 years as an executive assistant for a premier real estate developer, contributing to luxury residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, including large-scale data centers and undersea cable installations. She later transitioned to Ember Defense, where she was instrumental in business administration, program development, and sales strategy, deepening her impact in risk management and client advocacy.
Her ability to navigate complex contracts, collaborate with top executives and government agencies, and execute high-value projects has made her an invaluable asset in her field. She has a proven track record of managing complex projects, developing innovative strategies, and cultivating lasting relationships with clients, ranging from architects and engineers to government officials and corporate executives.
Her professional achievements include spearheading technological advancements in the financial sector, developing sales tools that streamlined operations, and contributing to wildfire safety through program development and product innovations that have saved lives and homes. Kathleen has also published thought leadership articles, spoken at prestigious venues like Pepperdine University, and received recognition for her philanthropic efforts, including leadership in cancer awareness campaigns and Habitat for Humanity projects.
Guided by values of integrity, perseverance, and family, Kathleen draws inspiration from her personal journey as a cancer survivor and daughter of an atomic bomb survivor. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother, fitness enthusiast, and passionate baker who loves creating meals for her family.
